Silverpoint Art Supplies is a small artist-run business based in Aotearoa New Zealand. We sell a carefully selected range of pens, inks, watercolour, charcoal, pigments, binders and more.
Silverpoint Art Supplies is run by Kat Allard from Ōtepoti Dunedin, with the idea to:
- Develop and give advice to the growing metalpoint community in Aotearoa NZ
- Support makers experimenting with historic and handmade pigments, paints, inks and gesso
- Provide easy access to hard to source, high-quality and thoughtful artist materials within NZ and across the world
We are happy to offer advice on our products and to receive requests - please let us know! We're still growing and would love to help you find what you need.
We also run courses on aspects of silverpoint/metalpoint drawing, making watercolour paints and inks, and nature drawing. Register your interest to keep up to date.
